The family-owned New York matzo company, the only one of its kind in the US.

Streit's (Aron Streit, Inc.) is a kosher food company founded in Manhattan and best known for its matzo. It is the only family-owned and operated matzo company in the United States; together with Manischewitz it holds about 40 percent of the US matzo market. Only Shabbos-observant Jews may touch the dough, and the entire process is under rabbinic supervision. Its old Lower East Side factory was a New York landmark.
