Fix / add information

Kiddush Levana (Birkas Halevana) is the ritual blessing over the new moon, generally said on the first or second Saturday night of the Hebrew month. In most communities it includes the "Shalom Aleichem" greeting and jumping toward the moon; the blessing itself is from the Talmud, with later additions. Chassidim often say it with singing and dancing.
