Chesed 24/7 is a chesed organization serving Jewish patients and their families in hospitals – "your home in the hospital." It provides kosher meals and deliveries, stocked hospitality "Chesed Rooms" and a volunteer community. Per the organization it runs 34 Chesed Rooms and 13 apartments across 28 hospitals, with over half a million visits a year, at hospitals including Lenox Hill, NY Cornell, Columbia, Hackensack, Nyack and Good Samaritan. Donors can sponsor meals or "Shabbos in a box."
