Achiezer אחיעזר

Achiezer was established in 2008 at the request of local rabbinic and community leaders who wanted one master organization to take the burden of crisis management off families who have just been hit by trouble. According to its own site it serves the entire community at any time, for any difficulty large or small, coordinating existing communal resources alongside its own, and runs a 24-hour urgent hotline (516 area code, the Five Towns area of Long Island).
