Zevulun זבולון

Zevulun was born to Yaakov and Leah (Bereishis 30:19–20). Yaakov blessed him: 'Zevulun shall dwell at the shore of the seas, a haven for ships' (49:13).

Moshe blessed: 'Rejoice, Zevulun, in your going out, and Yissachar in your tents' (Devarim 33:18); Rashi explains that Zevulun went out to trade and supported Yissachar, who sat and learned — which is why Zevulun is mentioned first.
