A yeshiva in Radin

In 1869, when the Chofetz Chaim returned to Radin, his first act was to gather a group of young students and learn with them [1]. He later wrote that Hashem stirred his spirit to gather students and scholars, and so the Radin Yeshiva was born [1].

Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim

Because its founder was known to the whole world by the name of his sefer "Chofetz Chaim", the yeshiva was called "Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim of Radin", and its successors officially adopted that name [1].

After the war

After the churban, students of Radin established yeshivas in its memory in America and in Eretz Yisroel, for example in Netanya [1]. Today there are many "Chofetz Chaim" yeshivas around the world.
