Yaakov Lemmer יעקב למר

Yaakov Lemmer grew up in Brooklyn and started out as the star soloist of the Young Israel of Bethel Choir, where he was personally mentored by the legendary Cantor Ben Zion Miller. Today he's one of the top young cantors around, famous for his lyric tenor voice and dramatic coloratura, performing everything from traditional liturgy to Yiddish folk and Hasidic music. He often performs together with his son Mendy and his brother Shulem.
