Эйби Ротенберг אבי ראטענבערג

Abie (Avraham Yom Tov) Rotenberg is a prolific Orthodox Jewish musician, composer and entertainer from Toronto. He grew up in Queens among other young Jewish musicians, including Eli Teitelbaum, who directed the first Pirchei choir, and Rabbi Baruch Chait. He studied piano and taught himself guitar, citing Ben Zion Shenker and Shlomo Carlebach as influences.

His "Journeys" series (five volumes, 1984–2022) is beloved for its story-songs; for children he created "The Marvelous Middos Machine" (four volumes) and "The Golden Crown" (1989). He was a fixture of HASC's annual "A Time for Music" concerts.
