Shmueli Ungar שמילי אונגער

Shmuel Dovid "Shmueli" Ungar was born in 1990 in Kiryas Joel, New York, where he studied in the Satmar yeshiva, later continuing at the Hitchin Yeshiva in London and a yeshiva in Monsey. He lost his father at 14.

He began singing at his sister's wedding at his grandfather's request, then sang at weddings in Williamsburg. He sang with Zemiros Choir and then Shira Choir before going solo. His debut album "Shmueli 2" came out in 2016. In 2017 he released "Mach A Bracha", whose music video has passed 11 million YouTube views. He has released four albums, three of which charted on Billboard's World Music category.
